“I voted to pass these important changes to the Child Tax Credit because our working families have been through so much during the past year, and they need help,” Kim said. “As I’ve traveled across Burlington and Ocean counties, meeting with our neighbors at Head Start centers and service organizations that support people in our community, it’s clear to me how much these tax credits will make an impact. If you’re a parent or are just concerned about helping working families recover from this crisis, I hope you’ll join me next week for our town hall.”
Kim will be joined by Channell Wilkins, CEO of OCEAN Inc, and Nadia Hussain, Senior Campaign Director for Early Learning from Moms Rising, who will speak to issues working families are facing in New Jersey, and how the expanded Child Tax Credit and other measures can provide assistance.
