PENNSAUKEN, NJ - A crash on Route 38 in South Jersey has prompted commuting delays Wednesday morning, authorities said. Here's the latest: As of 7:41 a.m., there's a crash on Route 38 westbound west of NJ 70/CR 601 in Pennsauken Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. One right lane is currently closed; there is a 5- to 10-minute delay, the agency said.
