1 Injured In Union County Shooting

A 36-year-old man was shot twice Wednesday afternoon and was rushed to the hospital. Police are actively investigating the incident.

UNION COUNTY, NJ — Linden Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on the 900 block of Seymour Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

A 36-year-old man was shot two times at around 3:35 p.m. in Linden, police said. The injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening, and the man was rushed to Newark University Hospital for further treatment, according to police.

This incident is actively under investigation by the Linden Police Detective Bureau and the Linden Police Juvenile Aid Bureau.
