ELIZABETH, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Elizabeth has prompted commuting delays in the area Wednesday morning, authorities said. As of 5:38 a.m., there's a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike inside exit interchange 13 -I-278/Goethals Bridge in Elizabeth, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
