CLARK, NJ — A longtime staple of Clark Township, Manny's Diner recently opened a new indoor/outdoor dining room for customers to enjoy classic diner foods like burgers, sandwiches, omelettes, brunch cocktails and more.

Mayor Sal Bonaccorso joined owner Manny and others for a ribbon cutting of the new dining area last week.

Manny's Diner is a family-owned business that features American cuisine in a "casual and family-friendly setting," serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner every day, according to its website.

The diner also features a full bar sponsoring local craft bottled bears, brunch-style cocktails and an array of coffees prepared by trained baristas. A full bakery with a wide variety of cakes and pies is also available.

The new dining space is enclosed in glass, allowing customers to eat in a bright space but still inside the diner.

"Manny has been in our community now quite a long time and has been a big supporter of our community" Bonaccorso said at the ribbon cutting.

Manny said he's been a part of the Clark community for 11 years and he is grateful for the town's support of the diner.

Manny's Diner also owns Manny's Texas Weiners in Union, since 1979, as well as 12 Islands Greek Taverna in Stirling.
