UNION COUNTY, NJ — Before his sudden death, the joy of Union County Lieutenant David Pepe's life was his three daughters.Pepe, a lieutenant at the Union County Sheriff's Office, recently died unexpectedly. Christina Gallo, who organized a GoFundMe page on behalf of Lt. Pepe's wife, Elizabeth, said the lieutenant was well-respected by the Clark community. Gallo wrote on the GoFundMe that Elizabeth's number one focus right now is her three daughters — Olivia, who is nine years old, and seven-year-olds Audrianna and Ally.
