UNION COUNTY, NJ — An 18-year-old man was shot while leaving a house party in Roselle on Saturday, according to Roselle Police.Shots were fired in the area of Sheridan Avenue and East 7th Avenue at around 10:26 p.m. Roselle Police found that the man was shot after the party ended due to a physical confrontation.Police said the man sustained serious but non life-threatening injuries. He was then rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Roselle Police Department Detective Bureau are the lead investigators, and the shooting is still under investigation. Anyone with information about this incident or suspect(s) is urged to contact Detective Vega 908-259-4038 or LVega@RosellePD.ComPatch reached out to Roselle Police but has yet to receive a response.
