Union County Vaccine Site Quickly Reaches Capacity
The vaccination site at Warinanco Park reached its full capacity at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday.
UNION COUNTY, NJ — Union County posted to its Facebook page that the Warinanco Park vaccination site reached its full capacity and will not be accepting walk-ups on Thursday, Dec. 30.
The announcement about the Roselle vaccination site's full capacity was posted at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday — shortly after the site opened. This announcement comes at a time where cases of COVID-19 are surging across New Jersey, as well as the country.
The Warinanco Sports Center — open on Tuesdays and Thursday — is one of three free vaccination sites operated by Union County.

Others include Downs Hall at Kean University — open on Wednesdays and Fridays — and Plainfield High School, which is open on Saturdays.
