Woman Shot In Union County During Home Dispute, Police Say
A woman was shot inside a Baldwin Avenue home in Linden during a reported domestic dispute over the weekend, authorities said.
LINDEN, NJ - A woman was shot inside a Baldwin Avenue home in Linden during a reported domestic dispute over the weekend, authorities said.
The shooting took place at around 10:15 a.m. on Saturday at a residence on the 800 block of Baldwin Avenue, police said.
At the scene, police officers were met outside by the victim, who stated that she was shot inside the home during a domestic dispute. The suspect, who was still inside the home, surrendered to officers without incident, police said.

The woman was treated outside the home and was later transported to Newark University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police added.
The case remains under investigation by the Linden Police Detective Bureau.
