Auditions, Registration For Programs At CDC Theatre Coming In January
The theatre is celebrating its 107th season.
CRANFORD, NJ — The historic CDC Theatre is holding free auditions for children and adults for its May 2026 installment of "Fiddler on the Roof."
No registration is required, and all levels of experience are welcome.
Headshots and resumes are not required but are appreciated, the theatre said.

Auditioners should be prepared to sing with printed sheet music in the appropriate key. A number from "Fiddler on the Roof" is acceptable, but not mandatory.
Guests will also be asked to read from sides for the show. Dance will also be a part of the audition, and the routine can be viewed ahead of time online.

Auditions are being held on Jan. 8 (7 p.m.) and Jan. 10, 2026 (10 a.m.). Callbacks for those asked will be on Jan. 12, 2026 at 6 p.m.
Summer Camp
Registration for the CDC Theatre's summer camp program will be available on Jan. 12, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

The CDC Theatre is the oldest continuously producing community theatre in New Jersey. The non-profit is currently celebrating its 107th season.
