Cranford School Hosting 2nd Annual Color Run Fundraiser

CRANFORD, NJ — The 2nd Annual Hillside Avenue School Color Run and fundraiser is coming to Cranford on Oct. 12.

Runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages are invited out to create their own color-powdered uniform at the school for three different races that begin at 9 a.m. The 400-meter will be followed by a one-mile competition at 9, and a 5K that starts at 10:15.

Those who sign up and donate will receive a t-shirt (while supplies last) and be directly benefiting the school, students, and teachers through their support. Hillside says the funds will be used to provide additional resources for educational and athletic programs and supplies.

Spectators are also welcome to view the races from the sidelines.

Participants should arrive around 30 minutes before their races. Drivers are encouraged to park in the Memorial Field parking lot or around the nearby neighborhood.
