Comedy, Pasta Coming to East Hanover

The local Italian American Club will host a fundraising dinner on April 20.

How do you know your town loves Italian Americans? When they hold a dinner to celebrate the fact that Columbus Day is only six months away.

The East Hanover Italian American Club has planned a "Halfway to Columbus Day Comedy and Pasta Night" on April 20, according to the Hanover Eagle.

Two comedians, Goumba Johnnie and Rob Magnotti, will provide entertainment for the evening, and DJ Romulus will provide music.

The dinner will take place at 6:30 p.m. April 20 at the gym of Holy Family Church in Florham Park. Tickets are selling for $30 per person, and includes:

  • all-you-can-eat pasta with several sauces available
  • Italian meats
  • salad
  • bread
  • dessert

Attendants are encouraged to bring their own wine.
