Florham Park Man, 20, Gets Probation For Sexual Contact With Underage Girls: Police
Colin Bolger, 20, was sentenced to two years probation and must register as a sex offender, authorities said.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J.– A Florham Park man was recently sentenced to two years probation for sexual contact with underage girls and must register as a sex offender, Morris County Prosecutor's Office Spokesman Paul Merkler said.
Colin Bolger, 20, was arrested in August on charges of sexual assault and child endangerment, according to a news release from the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
In June, the mother of a 15-year-old girl told East Hanover police that Bolger sexually assaulted her daugher when she was 14, the release states.

Bolger allegedly sexually assaulted a then-13-year-old girl in Florham Park and Hanover Township between Sept. 2105 and April 2016, the prosecutor's office said.
On the same day he was sentenced, Bolger was charged with criminal mischief in Morris Plains for spray painting a park patio, Chief Jason A. Kohn said.
