Immunization Requirements for Hanover Park High

Are all your shots up to date?

Hanover Park High School students have a whole list of diseases they should be inoculated against before the start of the 2013-14 school year, according to the administration. 

So what's on the list?

Within the last five years students should have gotten their DTaP vaccine--the vaccine which protects against diphtheria, tetanus, acellular and pertussis.

The oral polio vaccine is another requirement, as are two doses of the vaccine against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR).
