Madison Area YMCA Announces Day Camps Registration
Friendship is the Heart of Quest Camps 2025!
Plan your child's summer fun now! Join us at the Madison Area YMCA Quest Camps with summer day camps for preschoolers through grade 9. Priority Member Registration for Quest Camps begins online on Monday, January 13 at 9 AM. Open Registration for all starts on Friday, January 17 at 9 AM. Quest Camps begin on Monday, June 16. With our highly trained, compassionate, and engaging Y staff, this summer will surely be the best one yet!
At our ACA-accredited Madison Area YMCA’s Quest Summer Day Camps, campers from preschool through entering grade 9 step into a world where curiosity never goes out of style and summer feels like a blank space waiting to be filled with adventure! Imagine a camp that blends the classics of camp fun and epic games with the wonders of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). At Quest Camps, it is a fearless pursuit of friendship, invention, and a summer that stays enchanted in your memory long after it ends. Whether you sign up for a fortnight (2 weeks) or a drop-in week, let’s make those friendship bracelets together! Are you ready for it?
With three locations (Drew University, F.M. Kirby Children's Center, and the Y's Family Center), Quest Camps are the place where wide-eyed wonder and ingenious discoveries intersect, friendships make the whole place shimmer, and campers embark on unforgettable summer days beyond their wildest dreams. While we eagerly await the start of camp, we'll be busy planning, training our amazing staff, and possibly jamming out to Taylor Swift's greatest hits!

“What sets our summer day camp apart is the Madison Area YMCA’s commitment to its core values—caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility—woven into every activity. Combined with our incredible staff who bring expertise, enthusiasm, and compassion, we create an unforgettable camp experience that nurtures growth and builds lasting memories,” said Camp Director Finola Colon. “We have more options for families this year, where campers will build confidence, learn new skills, develop friendships, take part in daily STEM activities and art, teambuilding exercises, and other activities. We are also very excited to offer TravelQuest as an option for campers!”
