Man Sexually Assaulted Girl, 15, In Morris County Restaurant: Prosecutor
East Hanover man lodged on $60,000 bail, authorities say.
EAST HANOVER, N.J. – An East Hanover man has been arrested and jailed on charges of sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl on Christmas Eve, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp announced.
Giuseppe Iellimo, 32, allegedly engaged in acts of sexual contact and penetration with the victim at the Giulietta & Romeo Pizzeria and Ristorante in East Hanover on Dec. 24, Knapp said.
The alleged victim told police what happened the following day, Knapp said. Iellimo was arrested on Dec. 30.

Iellimo was charged with two counts of sexual assault; one count of criminal sexual contact; and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s been lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of $60,000, no 10-percent option, and no contact with anyone under age 16.
