EAST HANOVER, N.J.– An overturned dump truck closed all lanes of westbound Rt. 280 on Wednesday afternoon, officials said. The dump truck crashed east of Exit 1W and New Road <a href="https://twitter.com/511nji280/status/801484021716946948" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">before 1 p.m.</a>, the State Department of Transportation reported on <a href="http://511nj.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">511nj.org</a>.
