The chain cutting "signifies ending violence, breaking bonds of fear and victims recovering," according to Marisa Spagnoletti.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J.– Marisa Spagnoletti on Nov. 19 plans to celebrate the opening of the Florham Park location of Lucy's Gift by cutting a 10-foot chain with bolt cutters.

According to Spagnoletti, all the net profits from the store – also the Morristown location – will go to the Maurice J. Spagnoletti Foundation, which she created in honor of her husband after he was killed in 2011.
The foundation supports charities that "fight against domestic violence and support children and families in need," Spagnoletti said.
