2 Seriously Injured After Car Crashes Into Tree In West Windsor
The two people inside the car were trapped and had to be extricated, West Windsor Police said.
EAST WINDSOR, NJ – Two people were seriously injured after the car they were traveling in veered off the road and struck a tree in West Windsor, police said.
On Tuesday, at 3:39 a.m., police received a call about a crash on Lanwin Blvd. in the area of Providence Drive.
On arrival, police found two people trapped inside a Tesla that had struck a tree.

West Windsor EMS and Fire units began extrication efforts with help from nearby EMS services.
Both, the driver and the front seat passenger sustained life-threatening injuries and were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for treatment, police said.

According to investigation, the car was traveling in the northbound lane of Lanwin Blvd., when it left the road and struck a tree just past the intersection of Providence Drive.
Lanwin Blvd. was closed for six hours during the investigation.
