• Cranbury agrees to pay $2.5 million for affordable housing property (northjersey.com) — Cranbury officials have agreed to pay $2.5 million for a River Road property, currently owned by an East Windsor-based company, to build a 60-unit age-restricted affordable housing complex. The deal, far above the appraised value, helps Cranbury meet state housing obligations and includes a 30-year PILOT agreement, with court approval expected later in January.
