Colonade Motel Man Charged with Heroin, Narcotic Possession

The man also allegedly threatened to rob several East Windsor businesses.

East Windsor police were contacted about a suspicious man who had entered several local businesses and joked about robbing the establishments on March 25. Police located the suspicious individual, identified as Cory Nelson, in a room at the Colonade Hotel.

Nelson, 26, was found to be in possession of three bags of heroin, several prescription narcotic pills, and a straw for ingesting heroin, according to East Windsor police.

The man was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of prescription narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct. 

He was remanded in Mercer County Corrections Center in default of $20,000 bail.
