2024 Edison, Metuchen Mayors' Bike Tour On May 19

The first 150 riders to register will get an official Bike Tour t-shirt.

EDISON, NJ — The mayors of Edison and Metuchen will get on bikes and ride across the township and borough.

A long-held tradition the Mayors' 24 Mile Bicycle Tour will be held on Sunday, May 19. The ride is scheduled to begin at the Edison Municipal Complex at 100 Municipal Blvd. Check-in begins at 8 a.m., and the ride will take off at 9 a.m. It is expected to end around 2 p.m.

All participants must wear a helmet and children aged 10 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. The bicycles must have 20" tires or larger.

The event is sponsored by Mayor Sam Joshi and the Edison Township Recreation Department.
