AARP NJ To Host 2025 AI Fraud Summit In Edison Tuesday
The event aims to equip New Jersey residents with tools to fight AI-powered scams
EDISON, NJ — On Tuesday, AARP New Jersey will host an all-day event on AI Fraud at the Pines Manor in Edison.
Titled “Decoded: How AI Is Changing Fraud”, the free event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is open to the public, and will arm attendees with practical tools and expert insights to protect themselves and their loved ones from the next generation of scams.
From deepfake videos to voice-cloning schemes – the rise of artificial intelligence has given scammers new ways to exploit consumers. AARP research shows that nearly half of U.S. adults have experienced fraud firsthand, making education and prevention critical.
