EDISON, NJ – Developers are seeking to build a new warehouse on a vacant piece of land in Edison, according to a Planning Board application.

The site in question is on a property of 2.8 acre irregular-shaped plots that is currently vacant and undeveloped.

The developer has proposed to build a 28,350 square feet warehouse, with a related office space and parking area.
This is a permitted use in the zone and no variance is requested, the developer's attorney told the Planning Board during their last meeting.

The parking space will include two spaces for electronic vehicles, two ADA parking spots and seven tractor-trailer loading spaces.
An application for subdivisional approval was filed back in 2021, the engineer representing the developer told the Planning Board.
The developer is seeking preliminary and site plan approval.
