Developers Plan New Office Building On New Durham Road Edison

EDISON, NJ – Next week, the Planning Board will be hearing an application for a new office building planned on New Durham Road.

New Durham Road LLC is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to build a two-story, 25,625-square-foot office at 779 New Durham Road.

They are also seeking bulk variances for the building that is planned on the eastern portion of the lot in the township’s light industrial zone, according to documents.

The plan also includes to build a new driveway on the front of the site, along with 94 parking spaces.

Edison’s Planning Board is scheduled to hear the application on Dec. 18.
