Edison’s 1st Latin Music festival Will be Held On Saturday

The event will feature live music, authentic Latin cuisine, and activities for all ages.

EDISON, NJ — Edison will host its first-ever Latin Music Festival on Saturday, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Old Stewarts Lot located at 922 Amboy Avenue.

The event is being organized by Mayor Samip Joshi, Town Council and the Edison Recreation Department, and is free for residents to attend.

The festival promises an evening of vibrant entertainment featuring live musical performances, authentic Latin cuisine, and activities designed for all ages. Attendees can enjoy performances while sampling food from local vendors in a festive outdoor setting.

According to township officials, Latin/Hispanic residents make up 11 percent of Edison’s population.

"We are thrilled to host the first ever Latin Music Festival in Edison," Joshi said. "This event is a celebration of our diverse community and we invite everyone to come out and join us for an evening filled with music, food, and fun."
