Meximodo Officially Opens Mexican Restaurant, Tequila Bar In Metuchen
The restaurant serves modern Mexican cuisine made with traditional culinary techniques.

METUCHEN, NJ – After a long wait, Meximodo Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar officially opened to patrons Thursday evening in Metuchen.
Located in downtown Metuchen, Meximodo offers guests a genuine, regionally inspired menu of traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine, by Executive Chef Antonio Carballo.
The restaurant also boasts of the country’s largest library of tequilas, mezcals and other agave spirits. These drinks range from major international producers to family-owned artisanal brands, according to owners Le Malt Hospitality Group.

The interiors feature a design blended with artwork, traditional Mexican crafts, and bold architectural moves.
The dining room can accommodate 80 guests with the outdoor area accommodating 60 and mezzanine 50 guests respectively. The bar accommodates around 22 guests.

Currently, the restaurant is only open for dinner seven days a week from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. They will be offering lunch and catering soon.
