Middlesex Co. To Host Biz Summit Exploring AI, Innovation, & Future Of Work

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ — Middlesex County will host its premier networking event of the year, the 2025 Business Summit, offering business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers a platform to explore the future of work and innovation.
The free event, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 9, from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Heldrich Hotel & Conference Center in New Brunswick, will focus on this year's theme - "Thriving Through Change: Business, Innovation, and the Future of Work."
The summit aims to showcase how contemporary business leaders can harness best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive growth and strengthen local communities.

Attendees will hear from several speakers, including Middlesex County Commissioners Director Ronald G. Rios, Commissioner Chanelle Scott McCullum, and Dr. William F. Tate IV, President of Rutgers University. Additional presenters represent leading organizations such as SHI, Clio Snacks, Ernst & Young (EY), BINJE, and the Middlesex County Office of Business Engagement.
The day-long program features panels and breakout sessions covering critical topics including education and workforce transformation, the future of funding, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence. The summit is designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, advisors, policymakers, government officials, and educators seeking inspiration and practical insights.

While admission is free, registration is required.
In lieu of a paid ticket, organizers encourage attendees to support Feeding Middlesex County through voluntary donations. More information about the charitable initiative is available at feedingmiddlesexcounty.org.
Established in 2017, the Middlesex County Business Summit supports the county's economic development strategy, Destination 2040, by providing leadership and resources to increase business retention, expansion, and economic opportunities for residents and businesses throughout the region.
