Tommy's Tavern + Tap Will Open Wednesday In Edison

The rooftop, which will have cabanas and firepits, is expected to open in May.

EDISON, NJ — Popular restaurant chain, Tommy's Tavern + Tap will be opening in Edison on Wednesday, Triple T Hospitality Group said.

In June last year, a steel "topping off" event was held at the Edison construction site.

This is the company’s first ground-up build. “This ground-up build, our first-ever ground-up build, will replicate all of our other locations, with an extensive menu, a huge bar, over 30 TVs located around the entire restaurant, and just a very cozy and welcoming environment all around,” said Andrea Bonfiglio-Spence, Chief Marketing Officer, Triple T Hospitality Group.
