Facade Improvement Project Completed at Fair Lawn’s Lincoln Grill Cafe
Fair Lawn Main Street Inc.'s latest storefront improvement project draws a crowd at its ribbon cutting celebration

FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Fair Lawn Main Street Inc., the Borough of Fair Lawn’s taxpayer funded nonprofit economic development organization, celebrated the completion of its latest storefront improvement project at Lincoln Grill Cafe on July 9, 2025.
The Fair Lawn Storefront Improvement Program provides financial support to businesses for non-structural exterior improvements to their storefronts. This program aims to enhance the appearance of commercial areas, making them more attractive and vibrant.
“We will continue to invest in our small businesses and partner with them to help them succeed, whether on Lincoln Ave. or Broadway and everywhere in between” said Fair Lawn Deputy Mayor Josh Reinitz.

The ribbon cutting was attended by numerous Fair Lawn business owners, residents, and members of the community. Numerous elected officials, including Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton, also attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and presented certificates of commendation to business owner Karen Blanco.
Lincoln Grill Cafe is a Costa Rican restaurant located at 115 Lincoln Ave., Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. Upgrades to the business’s facade included window enhancements, painting improvements, signage upgrades, and awning replacements.
