Police Break Up 300-Guest House Party In Fair Lawn

State police, sheriff's officers, and police from 6 nearby towns responded to the Morlot Avenue home, authorities said.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — Police broke up a 300-guest house party at a Morlot Avenue home on Thursday afternoon, police said.

Fair Lawn police officers went to the house at 1 p.m. after getting several complaints about and parking violations, said Sgt. Sean Macys. Police issued a warning about the noise to security personnel working the event.

At about 4:30 p.m. police went back to the house on a report of a disturbance. They investigated and could not find one, Macys said.
