Back to School, Kindergarten Registration, 'Godspell' at the Good Shepherd

Here is a look at five things you should know about and might not want to miss this week:

Number one:

The Fort Lee Board of Education will hold a private work session from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the board conference room at 255 Whiteman Street. That timing represents a time change in timing for the meeting. What’s not changing is the regular business meeting, which takes place at 8 p.m. in the library at School No. 1 at 250 Hoym St. Action is expected to be taken.

The BOE website continues to tout its efforts to go green and paperless, claiming they areΒ  β€œmoving away from paper agendas, agendas, which often run several hundred pages for each meeting, in favor of paperless meetings.”  Fort Lee residents planning to attend or who simply want to see the agenda should find it posted on the district website by noon of the meeting date.
