Bb.q Chicken Steps Up to the Plate, Sponsors Local Little League

Acclaimed Korean Fried Chicken franchise supports local community through sponsorship agreement with youth league

bb.q Chicken, Korea’s Finest Fried Chicken™, has solidified its commitment to the communities it serves by signing a sponsorship agreement with Palisades Park Leonia Little League (PPLLL). The funds from the partnership, aimed at fueling extra seasons, improved equipment and updated fields for the youth athletes, will be celebrated with a ceremony at bb.q Chicken Headquarters in Fort Lee.

This marks the second consecutive season that bb.q Chicken assumes the role of a sponsor for the PPLLL. For the current season, the brand has chosen to sign up for the Diamond pledge, a $4,000 sponsorship agreement that will significantly benefit the league's operations and fundraising efforts.

“Partnering with the league has felt like such a natural and heartfelt fit for our brand,” said Joseph Kim, bb.q Chicken U.S. CEO. “Fried chicken during baseball games is an incredibly essential part of the South Korean experience, and it’s been an honor to strengthen the bonds in the places we operate. We will always be committed to fostering global appreciation for the sport and its role in community development.”

Bb.q Chicken’s sponsorship will contribute to the league’s two-year fundraising campaign aimed at raising $500,000. This ambitious goal will address the needs of operating an expanding Little League program in the current inflation-heavy market, while also funding the much-needed resurfacing of the league's field. The field resurfacing is crucial for providing the young athletes with a safe and dependable playing surface, ensuring minimal disruptions due to weather conditions.

Known for its commitment to quality and authenticity, bb.q Chicken boasts lighter, crispier and more flavorful options than the regular American-style fried chicken, due to its distinct and uniquely Korean frying method. bb.q Chicken’s extensive menu also includes more than 13 different flavor options delivered directly from Seoul for both boneless and bone-in options, along with other K-food offerings, such as ddeok-bokki and Kimchi fried rice.
