According to the National Weather Service, today will be sunny, with a high near 55. Overnight will be clear, but temperatures will drop for a low around 29.

Meetings

There will be a Freehold Borough Historic Preservation Committee meeting tonight at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in the .

High School Sports

The baseball, volleyball, and girls track team will all scrimmage today. The varsity and jv baseball teams will travel to Lakewood High School and take the field at 3:45 p.m. The varsity and jv boys volleyball teams will also be on the road today. The boys will travel to Monsignor Donovan High School and begin their scrimmages at 3:45 p.m. The girls varsity track team will take on Rumson-Fair Haven High School at home today at 3:45 p.m.

The baseball and lacrosse teams will scrimmage today. The boys baseball teams will scrimmage away against Colts Neck High School at 4 p.m. The boys varsity lacrosse team will scrimmage against Red Bank Regional High School. The boys will travel to Red Bank and take the field at 4 p.m. The girls lacrosse team will travel to Old Bridge to take on Old Bridge High School at 5:30 p.m.

Career Day

Beginning at noon today, a one hour information session will let attendees learn how to have a career in the financial services industry. You will be able to learn how you can get started part time, what the training program entails, and more. This information session will be held in suite of 800 W Main Street. It is free to attend this event.

Support Groups

The will hold a Prostate Cancer Support Group tonight at 7 p.m. This education and research-based support group is an open forum for men and their family members who are coping with a diagnosis of or treatment for prostate cancer. It is co-facilitated by group members and a registered nurse and lifestyle management coordinator, and co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society, Health Awareness Center and CentraState Medical Center.

CentraState Medical Center will also hold an AA meeting tonight at 8 p.m. Tonight’s meeting is free and open to anyone.
