Deadline To File Fire District And School Board Petitions Approaches

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon has announced that the petition filing deadline for fire district and school board candidates is Monday, July 29 before 4 p.m.

In order to be a school board or fire commissioner candidate on the ballot for the 2024 General Election, candidates must obtain and file petitions with the Monmouth County Clerk, according to officials.
