'Jersey Shore' Cast Member Facing Charges In Freehold Twp.: Report
Angelina Pivarnick was arrested after an unspecified incident at her home, according to the report.
FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — Angelina Pivarnick of MTV's "Jersey Shore" is facing multiple charges after an unspecified incident at her home in the township, according to a report.
Pivarnick, 37, has been charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest in summonses issued Sunday, TMZ reported.
Pivarnick's attorney, James Leonard, said the incident was "very minor" and was exacerbated by a reaction she had to a prescribed medication.

Patch has requested a copy of the complaint from Freehold Township police.
The TMZ report said police withheld the nature of the incident, saying they are not able to release the information.

Pivarnick has had small parts in "Jersey Shore" and its spinoff series "Jersey Shore Family Vacation". She was kicked out of the house in both the first and second seasons of "Jersey Shore" and made guest appearances in later seasons.
