Obituary: Christopher A. Ingstrup, 48

Christopher A. Ingstrup, 48, of Freehold Township died on Tuesday Nov. 22, 2011 at CentraState Medical Center. Ingstrup was born in New Brunswick, raised in Union Beach and moved to Freehold Township in 1971.  

Ingstrup worked for Shop Rite in Freehold for 25 years and  retired in 2000. Ingstrup most recently bought and sold baseball memorabilia. He was a graduate of Freehold Township High School Class of 1981 and a parishioner of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church.

Ingstrup was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Ingstrup. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Cavaseno; a daughter, Jersey Elizabeth Ingstrup; a step-daughter, Lexi Cavaseno of Freehold Twp.; a step-son, Max Cavaseno of Pennsylvania; his father, Robert Ingstrup of Hazlet; one brother; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting at , 100 Elton-Adelphia Road in Freehold Township on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011 is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Ingstrup’s funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
