Galloway Cousins Are Winners in Miss Puerto Rico Pageant
India Villanuevas and Deliana Valentin will represent the community in upcoming events.

Two cousins from Galloway Township won titles in the 2013 Miss Puerto Rico of Atlantic County Pageant held July 19 at Los Charros Restaurant Ballroom in Atlantic City.
India Villanuevas, 18, won the Miss Puerto Rico of Atlantic County Queen title. She is a graduate of Absegami High School and is going to start her first semester at Atlantic Cape Community College in September, majoring in general studies. Her parents are Cesario Villanuevas and Evelyn Licona.

Deliana Valentin, 7, won the Princessita title of the pageant. Deliana will start third grade at Arthur Rann Elementary School in September. Her parents are Miguel Valentin and Johana de Jesus.
The cousins will be featured at NBC40 on Saturday, July 27 at 6:30 a.m. and again next week on Saturday, Aug. 2 at 6:30 a.m. They will also be attending the Vineland Puerto Rican Parade on July 29 at 1 pm. The parade starts at Delsea Drive and Landis Avenue and ends at Landis Park.

Also on July 29, Villanuevas and Valentin will be at King Pin Lanes in Egg Harbor Township at 3:30 p.m. They will also be at Revel in Atlantic City on Aug. 3 for a VIP presentation. On Aug. 4,they will be at the Atlantic County Puerto Rican Parade, which will take place at the Atlantic City Boardwalk at noon.
