Mullica Man Charged With Distributing Marijuana, LSD: Police

A Mullica Township man was charged with possessing and selling drugs at Tartaglio Park after Galloway police found him loitering in his car.

EGG HARBOR CITY, NJ — A Mullica Township man was charged with possessing and selling drugs at Tartaglio Park in Egg Harbor City after Galloway police found him loitering in his car on Sunday, police said.

Galloway Township police officers were conducting a property check at Tartaglio Park on Genoa Avenue just before 12:15 a.m. when they saw two vehicles in the park after it was closed.

Police said one of the drivers, Eian Donati, 25, of Mullica Township, was in possession of 234 grams of raw marijuana, THC edibles, hashish oil, hallucinogenic mushrooms and LSD tabs.

Donati was charged with three counts of possession and distribution of controlled dangerous substances and possession of CDS within 500 feet of a public park.

The driver of the second vehicle, Christian Porreca, 25, of Ocean City, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, loitering to commit a CDS offense and loitering in a public park after hours.

The two arrested individuals were released pending court appearances.
