Philadelphia Woman Found Dead On Atlantic City Street: Police

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Atlantic City police are investigating the death of a Philadelphia woman who was found Wednesday evening lying on New Jersey Avenue.

Police responded to the beach block of New Jersey Avenue on Wednesday at 8:34 p.m. to a report of a woman lying in the street. Authorities said the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities said the woman is 29 years old, but have not publicly identified her.

A preliminary investigation suggests that the woman fell from an upper level of the Ocean Casino Resort parking garage, police said.
