The driver of the other vehicle, a 47-year-old Philadelphia woman, and her juvenile passengers were not injured, he said.

Somers said neither speed nor alcohol were believed to be a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation. The Atlantic City Prosecutor's Office is assisting in the investigation.
