Natural Gas Leak Reported Near Gloucester Township

South Jersey Gas was called to the scene to assess the situation, a first alert from the township read.

WINSLOW, NJ — A natural gas leak was reported in Winslow shortly after 1 p.m. Friday, the township said.

Less than a half hour later, the area on Wilson Drive between Morris Drive and Randolph Lane that was affected by the natural gas leak was declared "safe" by Winslow officials.

As such, Wilson Drive was reopened by Winslow officials.
