Last Chance to Support Local Charity

Tonight is your last chance to help the Lamaina Fund aid young soccer players through its first-ever Charity Fashion Show.

The fashion show will be held at Valleybrook Country Club from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. tonight, Thursday, May 10.

As of Wednesday night, there were only about 10 tickets remaining for the fashion show, according to organizer Annette Panasiuk.

To purchase tickets, which cost $45 each, contact organizer Melissa Gordon at 856-816-8302 or lamainafund@hotmail.com.

Emcee for the night will be Gloucester Township native and SoJO 104.9 FM on-air personality Heather DeLuca. Mayor David Mayer will also attend the charity event, Panasiuk said.

The Lamaina Fund benefits underprivileged children whose families cannot afford to pay for them to play with Highland Youth Soccer Club.
