Man Sought In 2nd Bank Robbery Inside Camden County Supermarket
Police are searching for a man in a pair of bank robberies that took place inside Camden County supermarkets this week.
WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police are searching for a man in a pair of bank robberies that took place inside Camden County supermarkets this week.
The most recent took place at about 7 p.m. Friday night at the PNC Bank inside the ShopRite at 542 Berlin Cross Keys Road in Winslow, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Winslow Township Police Chief George Smith.
A man walked into the store and placed some items in a basket before approaching the bank teller, authorities said. He passed a note to the teller in which he threatened to shoot her if she didn’t give him money in specific denominations, authorities said.

He was then caught on surveillance video leaving the bank with an unspecified amount of money and got into a dark-colored Hyundai SUV, which was parked in the supermarket parking lot, authorities said.
The man is described as a thin, bald white man with a beard. He was wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. An image of the man and the car can be found below.
