Man Sought In Camden County Bank Robbery
Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who robbed a Citizens Bank inside an Acme on Evesham Road Tuesday afternoon.
RUNNEMEDE, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who robbed a Citizens Bank inside an Acme on Evesham Road Tuesday afternoon.
At about 1:10 p.m., the man walked into the supermarket and went over to the bank teller, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Acting Runnemede Police Chief William Sampolski.
He passed a demand note to the teller, threatening to shoot her if she didn’t pass him cash in specific denominations, police said. He then left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The white man is described as being approximately 6 feet tall with a slim build, shaved head and blonde beard. He was wearing dark glasses and blue jeans. His image is attached below.
