Miller initially became a chef at a restaurant in Philadelphia, but the coronavirus pandemic became the catalyst for him to open his own restaurant, according to the website.

The end result is the opening of Blair Mountain Biscuit this summer, which he says puts a Philadelphia twist on his biscuit recipe. The menu includes a variety of options, including both a pulled pork biscuit and an egg and vegan scrapple. There are also gluten-free options.
