National Night Out, Senior Bus Trip Highlight Tuesday
Or take a ride up Route 42 for a peach-centered celebration.

Neighborhoods throughout Gloucester Township will join forces with thousands of communities nationwide Tuesday for the 30th annual Night Out crime/drug prevention event.
From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. residents throughout the township are asked to lock their doors, turn on outdoor lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors and police. Read more here.
Also on Tuesday, the Gloucester Township Senior Bus has stops at Turnersville Wal-Mart. Jean Gomez  is the bus driver and can be reached at 374-3525. Call before 8:30 a.m. the day you would like a ride or leave a message the night before. You must contact Gomez every day you would like to be picked up. You can also send her an email at jgomez@glotwp.com.
If you're feeling a little adventurous, take a 20-minute ride to Collingswood for Just Peachy Restaurant Week. Tortilla Press chef-owner Mark Smith is leading a peach-specific menu charge across Collingswood and surrounding towns, with participating restaurants from Smith's own Tortilla Press Cantina in Merchantville to The Pop Shop, That’s Amore, Bistro di Marino, Benny’s Burger Joint and Casona joining in the fun.
