South Jersey Driver, 79, Dies Days After Rt. 70 Crash: Police
The 79-year-old woman was driving through an intersection when her car collided with another vehicle, police said.
MEDFORD, NJ - A 79-year-old South Jersey driver died Sunday from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle crash 11 days prior on Route 70 in Medford, authorities said.
Mary Mullen, 79, of Medford, was driving on North Main Street (CR 541) and entered the intersection of Route 70 and North Main Street at around 5:38 a.m. on May 3 when her car collided with a Chevrolet Equinox traveling west on Route 70, Medford police said.
Mullen was transported to Cooper Trauma Center where she succumbed to her injuries on May 14, police said.

The driver of the Chevrolet Equinox did not report any injuries.
The crash is under further investigation by the Medford Township Traffic Unit.
