Timber Creek Football Unaffected by Potential Viral Outbreak

Though as many as 85 students at Timber Creek Regional High School have been sickened in a potential viral outbreak at the school, it won’t affect Friday night’s scheduled football season opener at Camden Catholic.

“We’re still on,” said athletic director Frank Torcasio.

The Chargers, winners of two straight championships and defending champions in South Jersey, Group 4, will be on the road for the game, which is slated to start at 7 p.m. at Camden Catholic in Cherry Hill.
