VIDEO: Highland Valedictorians Reflect, Look Forward
Highland High School's Class of 2012 has six valedictorians. This article features brief video interviews of three of the six students.
Highland High School's Class of 2012 will receive its diplomas Thursday night.
At the top of this year's class of Tartans are six talented students who tied for the highest grade-point average at the Blackwood school, at 4.67. They are Emily Atzert, Chrisi Bush, Jacqui Green, Shaiful Kashem, Sheik Hassan and Seth Nicosia.
Gloucester Township Patch caught up with the valedictorians Monday afternoon to find out what they will miss most about Highland and what they plan to do with their lives over the next five to 10 years.

Today (June 13), Patch published the brief video responses of Atzert, Bush and Green.
Atzert will attend The College of New Jersey, where she plans to major in biomedical engineering; Bush is heading to Drexel University, where she will major in nursing; and Green is heading down South to Georgia Tech, where she will take classes in pursuit of a career in engineering.

The responses of Kashem, Hassan and Nicosia will be published the morning of Thursday, June 14.
Five of the six students reside in the township's Laurel Springs section. Atzert is a Blackwood resident.
